Privacy Policy

Aether Funded (“Aether,” “we,” “us”) operates aetherfunded.com from Canada. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, create an account, buy a Test, or email the desk.

We collect:

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, role, and email-verification time.
• Identity data you submit for payout review: legal name, country, and optional notes. We may receive a photo ID by email if the desk asks for one.
• Payout destination: rail, account name, and the details you save so we can send approved payouts.
• Evaluation data: account size, trades you log, daily journal, status, payout requests.
• Payment data: Stripe processes cards. We store session IDs, amounts, promo codes, and payment status — not full card numbers.
• Support mail you send to support@aetherfunded.com or management@aetherfunded.com.
• Basic technical logs: IP address, browser, and pages needed to run and secure the site.

We use this data to run evaluations, take payment, review payouts, prevent abuse, email you about your account, and improve the desk. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your trading journal to advertise third-party products.

Stripe processes payments. Railway hosts the application and database. Cloudflare provides DNS and inbound email routing. If we connect a brokerage or platform partner (for example to provision simulated trading accounts), we will share the account data that partner needs to create and risk-manage your login — and we will say so when that connection goes live.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect the firm against fraud.

We keep account, trade, and payout records for as long as you have an account and as long as we need them for disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete an account by emailing support@aetherfunded.com. We may retain records we are required to keep.

Passwords are hashed. Access to the admin desk is restricted. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. We use session cookies so you can stay logged in. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel on the marketing site today.

Email support@aetherfunded.com to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to ask a privacy question. We will need enough information to find your account. If you are in Canada, you may also ask how we use your information and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis we rely on.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we use personal data will be posted here before they apply.
